The RMS Management Pack 3 Years + Extended Warranty 3 Years (additional to the standard two years warranty) is a Teltonika package that combines remote device management and warranty extension in one solution. This package provides 3 year of RMS Management and adds 3 years of extended warranty to an eligible Teltonika device. Activation is handled through the RMS platform, where the system automatically checks whether the device still has active warranty coverage and whether the extension remains within the maximum warranty period. This package is designed for organisations that want to manage their Teltonika infrastructure remotely while extending device warranty coverage within Teltonika’s conditions.
Please note: make sure your Teltonika product is still covered by an active warranty. This product is only available for devices that are currently within the warranty period.
Choosing the right extented warranty packs is depends on two factors: Active warranty and Device category.
Packages rules
Products are divided into 8 pricing groups, from A to H, based on the device value.
The correct RMS Management Pack + Extended Warranty package must be selected based on the device group.
A new warranty package can only be assigned while the device still has active warranty coverage.
Multiple warranty extensions are possible, for example: 2-year standard factory warranty + 1-year extension + 1-year extension.
The total warranty period, including factory warranty and all extensions, cannot exceed 5 years.
Activate your warranty in RMS
In RMS, you select an eligible device.
Add the RMS Management Pack 3 Years + Extended Warranty 3 years.
RMS automatically validates the current warranty end date.
If the device is eligible, RMS activates both the 3 years RMS Management service and the 3 years Extended Warranty at the same time.

RMS Management Pack positioning for remote management and device protection
The RMS Management Pack with Extended Warranty is developed for organisations that manage Teltonika devices remotely and want to organise warranty coverage in a clear and centralised way. Instead of managing RMS Management and warranty extensions separately, both are combined within the RMS platform. The 3 years RMS Management period supports active remote device management, while the 3 years Extended Warranty adds additional warranty coverage to an eligible device. This combination fits professional IoT, M2M and network environments where multiple devices are managed and where service periods, management periods and warranty coverage need to be clearly assigned per device.
RMS Management and Extended Warranty in one package – combines remote management and warranty extension within the same RMS environment.
3 years of RMS Management – activates a one-year management period for the assigned device.
3 years of Extended Warranty – adds one year of warranty extension to an eligible device.
Activation through the RMS platform – allows the package to be assigned directly to a suitable device within RMS.
Automatic eligibility check – RMS checks the current warranty status and calculates whether the requested extension falls within the allowed limit.
Maximum combined warranty period of five years – the total warranty period, including factory warranty and extensions, cannot exceed this limit.
RMS Management technology, activation and integration
The RMS Management Pack 3 Years + Extended Warranty 3 Years is managed through the Teltonika Remote Management System. Within RMS, a user can navigate to an eligible device and add the package directly. Once added, both the RMS Management period and the corresponding warranty extension are activated simultaneously. This keeps remote management and warranty coverage aligned within the same device period in RMS.
RMS Management administration and configuration
RMS is designed for remote management of Teltonika infrastructure and gives operators control over devices remotely. The RMS Management Pack with Extended Warranty combines the management period and warranty extension in one package, so these elements do not need to be organised separately. Activation takes place within RMS, where the system automatically performs the required checks on warranty status and duration. This makes the package suitable for management processes where device status, management period and warranty coverage need to be centrally recorded.
