How does the Warranty Checker work?

With the Teltonika Warranty Checker, you can easily check whether your Teltonika device is still covered by an active warranty and whether it may be eligible for a possible warranty extension. This is especially relevant if you want to use an RMS Management Pack with Extended Warranty, which combines remote management via Teltonika RMS with additional warranty coverage. Enter the required device details and check the warranty status directly, so you know whether your device is still eligible for an extension under Teltonika’s conditions.

  • Log in to Teltonika RMS first.
  • Do the Teltonika Warranty Check to view the current warranty status of your Teltonika device.
  • If active warranty coverage is still available, the device may be eligible for a warranty extension.
  • A warranty extension can only be added while the device still has active warranty coverage.

Important to know

A Teltonika device can be extended multiple times, as long as the warranty is still active at the time of extension. The total warranty period, including the factory warranty and all extensions, may not exceed five years from the device’s activation or purchase date. Once the maximum period has been reached or the warranty is no longer active, no new warranty extension can be added through the RMS Management Pack.
